This video will walk you through how to gather basic CCM and SDL traces from your CallManager cluster. You will document the problem, gather the correct information from the server when you reproduce the problem and save it in a notepad. After all of the proper information has been gathered, it walks you through how to get this information to your TAC Engineer.
