Welcome to TACtv! This site contains short flash videos produced by myself and other Cisco TAC Engineers in an effort to help spread the knowledge of Cisco's IP Telephony (AVVID) solution. The original focus is geared more to the CallManager and Unity products, and all of the components which interact with them. The main navigation bar will always be located at the top, allowing you to easily switch between the listing of videos for each product. All of the videos on this site require Macromedia Flash Player to be viewed. For best results, use mozilla Firefox at a resolution of 1024 x 768.
